ABOUT ME
Hey, I’m Wendy — 30-something, newly laid off, back in school, and knee-deep in the messy middle of a life I didn’t exactly plan but am learning to love anyway.
I started this blog as a way to unpack the mental clutter that comes with big transitions — growing up (finally), breaking down (sometimes), starting over (more than once), and those 3 a.m. spirals where you wonder if you’re having a midlife crisis or just drank too much caffeine.
Expect honest stories (maybe too honest) about real-life stuff like burnout, boundaries, breakups with old versions of myself, quiet self-discoveries that happen between career pivots, therapy sessions, deep breaths, and group texts with friends who just get it.
Here, you'll find stories about parenting through transitions, mental health, identity, relationships, and those weird, in-between seasons that don’t fit neatly into Instagram captions.
Some days I’m thriving. Most days I’m winging it with decent mascara and a sarcastic sense of hope that this season — whatever it is — might just lead to something good.
If you're here, chances are you’re figuring it out too. Welcome. You’re not alone.
This might get personal… but that’s kind of the point.
